Bodewhin "Bode" Cauthon is a character in The Wheel of Time television series portrayed by Litiana Biutanaseva.[1]
She is the daughter of Abell and Natti Cauthon, and the younger sister of Mat, and the twin sister of Eldrin. Her family is one of the poorest in the Two Rivers.

Early life[]
Bode was born in Emond's Field. Her parents were Abell and Natti Cauthon, her elder brother was Mat, and her twin was Eldrin. Bode's parents were neglectful, with Natti being drunk, and Abell being a known philanderer, and subsequently, she and Eldrin began to rely more on their brother, Mat.[2]

Season 1[]
On Winternight, Mat ushers a drunken Natti back home. Bode and Eldrin are playing with dolls at home, and Bode watches on as her sister asks if her mother is "sick" again.
On Bel Tine, Mat and his sisters light three lanterns to pray that the Wheel of Time weaves the souls of the departed back into the world. When the village is attacked by Shadowspawn, the sisters hide away from their parents and brother. They begin to call for help, and Mat finds them in their hiding place, telling them to hide in an oak in the woods, like when they played hide-and-seek. After the fighting is over, the sisters return to the village with Mat, and Natti is moved to tears to see both of her daughters alive. Both sisters rush to embrace their mother, but Mat soon leaves the Two Rivers with Moiraine Damodred after the Aes Sedai tells him that he is among the four candidates for the Dragon Reborn.[3]

- Age: Bode is several years older in the books, being 15 at the beginning of the first book, The Eye of the World
(book spoilers!). She is also not the twin sister of Eldrin, but is one year older than her.
